For more than 35 years, DeWitt Algorri & Algorri has successfully advocated on behalf of individuals and their families in cases involving catastrophic injuries and insurance bad faith. The firm has a long history of significant recoveries, and in 2014 it cemented its standing as one of Southern California’s most successful plaintiffs’ trial firms after winning more than $60 million in verdicts and settlements during that year alone.
Among its 2014 recoveries, DeWitt Algorri & Algorri secured one of the year’s top ten verdicts in Southern California, as reported by VerdictSearch-a $19 million award in Marin v. Ganuelas. As part of that case, Mark Algorri, along with senior associate Carolyn Tan and referring counsel Maryam Parman of Avrek Law Firm, represented a single mother who suffered a catastrophic brain injury when her car was struck from behind on a West Covina freeway.
