Joshua is an associate trial attorney at DeWitt Algorri & Algorri. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, dangerous condition, product liability, and insurance bad faith. He has successfully represented dozens of clients against insurance companies, corporations and public entities, and obtained significant recoveries including several jury verdicts.
He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, earning First Honors in Negotiations and Trial Advocacy. Joshua was also the lead negotiator on the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mediation Team.
Upon graduation he immediately began representing only injured parties and fighting for the rights of consumers. Notable cases Joshua has worked on include Lizaola v. Embassy Suites, in which he helped obtain a $580,000 verdict for a slip and fall incident.
He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorney of California, and admitted to practice in all California State and Federal Courts.
